2.4 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. 3.4 Verification of Payment Methods. All payment methods used to deposit funds into your Account must be registered in your own legal name. pg168 does not accept third-party deposits. 4.1 Password Responsibility. If one or more selections are void (e.g., due to a match postponement), those legs are removed from the parlay, and the remaining selections continue. A parlay reduced to a single selection becomes a single bet at the original odds for that selection.
7.4 Void Bets. pg168 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by: match abandonment or postponement beyond 24 hours; obvious pricing errors resulting from technical faults; or evidence of match manipulation detected by pg168's integrity monitoring systems. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Wallet at the original stake amount.

7.6 Technical Malfunction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg168 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any balance held in the Account:

11.3 Excluded Losses. 12.1 Suspension by pg168. pg168 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time without prior notice where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; underage gambling; bonus abuse; or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
12.2 Termination by pg168. pg168 reserves the right to permanently close your Account where a serious or repeated breach of these Terms is established following investigation. In such cases, pg168 may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, forfeit any remaining Wallet balance where it is connected to the breach (e.g., bonus abuse winnings or fraud proceeds). Any legitimate balance unconnected to the breach will be returned to your verified payment method.
12.3 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting pg168 Customer Support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal terms. Closing your Account does not waive any obligations you owe to pg168 under these Terms as of the closure date.
